More about the qubit?
qubit is the fundamental unit of information in quantum computing. Just like its regular counterpart, the
bit, it is characterized by two distinct states (usually depicted as 1 and 0). But unlike the regular bit, a qubit can exist in both states 1 and 0 simultaneously (in varying proportions). This opens up a whole new set of techniques in computation.
